J Antoine Miner Sr. is the Director of the Lodge, which is a men’s facility run by Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch, which is a non-profit 501c3. The Lodge focuses on providing a multi-phase job-program for homeless men ready to conquer recidivism, rejoin the workforce, and regain independence. They provide a place to sleep every night, financial planning meetings, and more. They could use a hand from willing volunteers and organizations to help with serving breakfast and dinner on the weekends, as well as dinner Monday – Friday.
Currently the facility serves 18 men who are in transportation from hopelessness to hopefulness. They are in need of an organized and enthusiastic Administrator to help with daily tasks while supporting our overall mission.
They are also in need of men who have a passion to see other men grow and flourish, to serve as paramentors as these men navigate the rough waters of life in search of better, day by day.

Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative functions as needed and requested by the Lodge Director (LD) ·
• Assist the (LD) with the development of systems, processes, and tasks associated with The Lodge functions,
• Assist the LD with contingency, emergency, or disaster relief planning and execution when directed,
• Assist LD in the establishment of Lodge operations and functions into standard operating procedures (SOP’s) that are complimentary with the overall mission of The Lodge and Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch.
• Assist LD with ensuring that Lodge operations meet compliance and regulatory standards for local governmental agencies when applicable.
• Assist LD with creating guidelines for functions that the residents and guests will be performing.
• Assist LD with planning and operational procedures during white-flag operations or other emergency /contingency operations as directed.
• Must be comfortable working with the homeless population.
• Perform all other duties as requested and required.
Compensation: $13 – $14 hourly
Commitment: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
