North Carolina Covid-19 numbers are heading in the wrong direction. Because of this, there is an increased probability to see the state go backwards in phases with possible return to a stay at home order.
Mandy Cohen, the secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services states “If we need to go back to stay-at-home orders we will. I hope we don’t have to. I think there are things we can do before we have to get there, but yes, we are concerned.”
