b. No identifying information of the personnel but the misconduct and violations ought to be made apparent not just transparent. - Separate Internal Affairs from Police Department
a. Who watches the watchmen?
b. Police should not be investigating their own. - Adopt Best Practices from Comparative Police Reform Efforts
a. Ending use of chemical agents; Ending use of choke holds, and ensuring all of the ‘8 can’t wait’ Priorities.
