FSU Police Officer Accused Of Hitting & Shooting Wife

FSU Police Officer Corey Manning accused of hitting wife with car and shooting her in the leg. Raeford Police have him in custody after a domestic violence & shooting call reported outside the McDonalds restaurant on U.S. 401 in Raeford. This was said to happen about 6:50 a.m. The wife is reportedly in stable condition at the hospital, according to Raeford Police Chief Marc Godwin. A press conference is set for 2pm today.
