The queen of flavor is back with another gem for Fayetteville’s food scene. Food Network Champion and beloved local chef Judith Cage, known across the world as Chef Judy, is opening her newest restaurant, The Ville Wings & Bar, on Tuesday, June 24 at 1911 Murchison Road.
This new sit-down restaurant and bar brings signature wings, crave-worthy sides and cool drinks to one of the most culture-rich areas of the city. The Ville is a sister company to Uptown’s Chicken & Waffles and was born out of the overwhelmingly positive response Chef Judy received during Uptown’s temporary move to Murchison Road. That warm welcome turned into something permanent.
“At The Ville Wings & Bar, we want to create a space where the community can come together to enjoy good food and good vibes,” said Chef Judy. “Our commitment is to great flavor, warm service and building pride in our neighborhood.”
The Ville’s menu features 20 bold wing flavors including Raspberry Jalapeño, Honey Chipotle and the signature Ville Flavor, just to name a few. Diners can also choose from waffle fries, curly fries, sweet potato fries and fun bites like fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. The drink lineup includes Murch Punch, the Two Six and Grape Kool-Aid, all Fayetteville favorites, reimagined.
Chef Judy continues to prove why she’s a standout in the industry. From serving lunch to Mark Zuckerberg to launching home goods brand Lorraine’s Home Essentials, she’s more than a chef, she’s a powerhouse! An Army veteran, mother, grandmother and seasoned entrepreneur, she’s fueled by a love for people and a passion for bringing joy to the table.
The Ville Wings & Bar will not feature live music or events at opening, but guests can expect the same heartfelt hospitality and flavor-forward focus Chef Judy is known for. This space is about good food, good people and supporting local.
