A tragic story is unfolding from overnight in Red Springs North Carolina. We woke up to the news of a gunman opening fire on Sixth and Main st downtown Red Springs only 2 blocks from Red Springs PD. 27 year old Sherwood Locklead III and his 2 year old son were shot and airlifted to the hospital, now in critical condition.
